With the Social Media Posts feature, you can edit the content of a post just once and schedule its simultaneous publication on all integrated social networks.
To access the editor, click Attract > Social Media Posts > Create Post. You can also perform this action via the Schedule tab. When passing your mouse cursor over any day of the monthly or weekly schedule, the Add button will appear. Click it.
The left side of the edit post screen includes the Destination, Content and schedule Publication controls. On the right side of the screen you can preview how the content will be displayed in each social network.
When editing the post, you must determine to which social networks it will be posted. By default, all integrated networks are enabled. If you do not want to post the content to all of them, uncheck those that are not of interest to you.
After the destination is set, edit the content of your post in the content editing area as normal. You can attach images (Facebook and Twitter) and Links (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).
The Social Media Posts homepage contains the Schedule tab. In this tab, you can view the scheduling of your content and track the results of your actions based on engagement and Lead Generation metrics.
The schedule can be viewed weekly or monthly.
Published posts display engagement data, such as likes and shares, as well as conversions resulting from traceable posts.
The Results tab can be found next to the Schedule tab. In this tab, you can check your audience's engagement with the posts published on each social network, as well as the number of resulting conversions from a given post.
Each social network offers different ways for your audience to engage with published content, so you need to select each social network to see the engagement data:
- Facebook: Results shown for Facebook include Reach, Likes, Comments, Shares and Conversions.
- Twitter: Results for Twitter include Favorites, Retweets and Conversions.
- LinkedIn: Results for LinkedIn include Likes, Comments and Conversions.
