All fields filled in by the lead when registering on a form are called conversion data.
To access a form's conversion data, simply click Engaje > Lead Base. Choose the lead you want to see the information for, and under Lead Activities, in the desired conversion, click View details:
All information that appears when viewing the details of the conversion is the conversion data.
When creating a custom field in RD Station Marketing to combine the Conversion Data, that information will be transferred to the Lead Data.
Lead Data is automatically indexed in the lead profile. Lead Data is in the Lead Details column:
You can target either based on conversion data or Lead Data.
A segmentation that uses conversion data to filter Leads will perform a search of all existing conversions or of a specific conversion.
A segmentation that uses lead data to filter leads will search the most recent information of the lead in a given field (either a default or custom field). See the example below:
- If you want to find all leads that, for any conversion event, filled in the Job title field with director, then you must use the Conversion Data category:
- If you want to find all leads who responded—during their last conversion—that their job title is director, then you must use the Lead Data category:
