Observations and requirements
To integrate both solutions, you must:
- Be an RD Station Marketing Pro or Enterprise customer.
- Be a Rocket.Chat Cloud or Self-Managed customer.
What does this integration do?
Upon completion of customer service interactions carried out via Rocket.Chat's Livechat (identified with email before or during the service), a Lead will be generated in RD Station Marketing.
Step-by-step guide to carry out the integration
- To activate the integration, access your RD Station Marketing Account and copy the Public Token that is available from Integrations > Integration Data (API);
- Then, log in to Rocket.Chat, click your photo (top left corner) to access the admin dashboard, click Admin > Livechat. Scroll down the page until you find RD Station Marketing, enter the token, and click Save Changes.
From then on, upon completion of customer service interactions carried out via Rocket.Chat's Livechat, a Lead will be generated in RD Station Marketing using the email identified before or during the service.
