When creating a workflow, you can select the Send to URL (Integration) option. This action can be used as an integration with your own system or partner systems. It allows you to create new automation actions, such as mobile notifications, integration with other CRM systems and products, etc.
If you are a Pro Plan or Enterprise customer, you can use the workflow automation to send your Leads to a customizable URL. You only need to register an action in your workflow automation with the URL to which you want the Lead information to be sent, as shown in the image below:
Which URL should I enter in this field?
The Webhook, i.e., the URL (of your system) that will receive the request from RD Station Marketing with the Lead notification. The request to the URL is made via HTTP POST request method. Leads will be sent in JSON file format. That's why the exact details of which URL should be entered must come from the destination system, which will receive the data, because the URL will represent it.
Why perform the integration via the workflow automation?
The workflow will allow you to send the Lead according to the conditions defined by the workflow itself, while, with normal integration, you can only choose to send the Lead at each conversion or when marked as an opportunity.
