All of your contacts' information is stored in the Lead Base. In it, you can check the:
By clicking on Engage > Lead Base, you'll be directed to the Leads tab, where all of your contacts can be found.
The most recent Leads to convert via one of your materials, such as a Landing Page, website Form, Pop-up etc., appear first in the list. You can see the name, job title and company, as well as the last conversion:
By clicking on a Lead's name, you can access all of their information. The main information is located in the header. If the Lead has not filled in a particular field, it will be left blank.
By clicking the arrow next to the Edit button, two possible actions will be shown: Combine or Delete Lead:
- Combining a Lead involves merging two profiles into one. If a Lead has converted more than once using different emails, you can combine these contacts so that the main email you combine will remain, and the two records will appear in a single lead;
- Deleting the Lead involves permanently removing them from your base.
By clicking the Edit button, you will access and be able to edit the Lead's main data. You can also edit their funnel stage (Lead, qualified Lead or customer), change their owner, remove them or add tags. You will also see the Deactivate Lead option. Upon selecting this option, the Lead will stay in your base, but will not receive any email marketing campaign or workflow automation.
In addition to the Lead profile, you can access the Company page. If more than one Lead has converted with the same company name, RD Station Marketing condenses that information and considers them Leads from the same company.
In the Workflow Automation tab, you have a detailed view of the workflows that the Lead has gone through and the activity log of those workflows. You can even manually add this Lead to priority workflows.
Returning to the Lead profile, in Lead Details, you will see the Custom Fields that the lead has filled in, the Lead source, tags, and an observation field to include any relevant additional information.
Next to this are the Lead Activities in timeline format. You can see all of the Leads' interactions with your materials: opened or clicked emails, the Landing Pages in which they converted, which workflow automations they have been part of, etc.
This tab displays a list of all companies in your Lead base. You can either insert a new company or check the number of Leads belonging to a particular company.
If you click on any of these companies, you can edit the company information, merge companies (in the case of a single company being written differently) or delete the company:
In the Imports tab you can access the lists of Leads that you imported to the platform as well as import new lists with the Import Leads button. This tab contains the log of all imports performed in the account.
