One way to determine the funnel stage of a lead is by using the score attributed to their profile. Since changing funnel stages manually is a time-consuming process, we recommend you create automated workflows.
To use Lead Scoring as an entry condition to join an automated workflow, you must create a segmentation that filters leads by profile or interest. To do that, access RD Station Marketing and click Engage > Lead Segmentation > Create segmentation. See the example below:
If you only want leads with Profile A and Interest greater than 50 to join the workflow, you must create a segmentation with the following conditions:
The next step is to set up your automated workflow, use the segmentation that you created as an entry condition to join the workflow, then activate it.
Suppose that the name of the segmentation you created is Leads Profile A Interest 50. Then, when editing your workflow, you must select:
Leads that meet the profile and interest requirements set for this segmentation will join the workflow.
