Bulk actions in Lead Tracking allow you to change the tracking settings of multiple pages simultaneously—you can activate or deactivate tracking of more than one page at the same time.
How to search tracked pages
The display screen of the tracked pages contains some options at the top:
- The first option involves choosing the number of pages displayed. The default number of pages displayed is 50, but you can edit this according to your preference.
- The second option involves choosing which pages will be displayed. You can choose between active or deactivated pages.
- Finally, there is a search bar with an open text field so you can search for keywords that identify the page title or URL you're looking for. When searching for a URL, you must remove the https or http component from the search.
How to change the monitoring of tracked pages with bulk actions?
To change the monitoring of tracked pages in Lead Tracking, you must use the action button located in the top right corner of your screen. When active pages are selected, the Deactivate button is enabled, and when deactivated pages are selected, the Activate button is enabled.
When you select one or more pages from the list, the number of pages selected is displayed in the top right corner. If you click the checkbox to select all pages displayed, new information will appear: an option for you to select all pages in the search, including, in this case, those located in the other tabs, in addition to those displayed on your current screen:
Lead Tracking can be used to create segmentations and also as scoring criteria in Lead Scoring. Therefore, when a tracked page is being used in a segmentation and/or Lead Scoring, it cannot be deactivated. If you attempt to do so, an alert box will appear. To deactivate it, you must first remove the segmentation as well as any corresponding Lead Scoring criteria.
