Visit and Visitor data displayed in RD Station Marketing is obtained from Google Analytics. If the numbers shown in RD Station Marketing are very different from those shown in Google Analytics, check the items below:
1. Is your account connected to Google Analytics?
If your RD Station Marketing account is not connected to Google Analytics or you want to check if it is correctly configured, please follow the instructions in the article Step-by-step guide to connect Google Analytics.
2. Is your account connected to the same Property View used in Google Analytics?
To change the Property View, please follow the steps below:
- Open your account menu by clicking on the account name in the top right corner, then select Account.
- In the Google Analytics field, click Change account and select the Property View used in Google Analytics:
- Check if the Property View name shown in the RD Station Marketing field is the same as the one you can see in Google Analytics.
