1. Access the feature

2. Create your first plan
A plan is a list of actions to achieve a particular goal. For example, Carry out initial setup of RD Station Marketing or generate Leads.
You can create plans from scratch or based on templates available in RD Station Marketing:
These templates were specially designed to help you achieve some typical Inbound Marketing goals, such as Lead generation and engage by email. These templates reflect the way RD Station itself works daily to improve their results.
For each action in the template, there is a brief description of what should be done, recommended supporting material on the subject and suggestions of completion dates for the action.
3. Organize your plan
After creating your initial plan, you can adapt it to your needs, for example, by changing the plan name, reordering, deleting or adding actions.
You can also nominate a person in charge as well as a completion date for each action. These two details are important, as they let RD Station Marketing know who should receive a notification if an action is behind schedule or close to its completion date.
4. Identify priority actions
Now that you've created your first plan, the next challenge is to keep it up to date. To do so, when accessing RD Station Marketing every day, ask yourself what actions must be carried out now in order to keep each plan on schedule.
To answer this question, simply access My plans > All actions. On this page, you can find out which actions are behind schedule using a few filters. It’s a simple way to prioritize your daily tasks within RD Station Marketing.
5. Create custom templates
Some plans can become repetitive over time, and having to customize a particular template to adapt it to your needs can be very tiring.
That is why you can also create custom templates. Just select an active plan and click Options > Turn into template.
