Page setup for Pop-up display is simple: Just create a new Pop-up or edit an existing one and access the Settings tab.
What are the possible display settings?
You can choose to display the Pop-up on all pages or only on specific pages. To enable one of them, simply select the option that makes the most sense for your strategy and click Save.
What do I need to do for the Pop-up to be automatically displayed on my website?
First, you must choose the pages on which you want the Pop-up to be displayed (either of the options above). When choosing, it is important that the Tracking Code is already installed on your site. If not, when you click Save, the following message will appear:
What happens if I choose a page that already displays another Pop-up?
When you enter the URL of a page that already has a Pop-up configured and click Save, a message will appear stating that only the most recently published Pop-up will be displayed.
In this case, you have two options: Continue anyway and replace the previously configured Pop-ups for those pages or Review. If you choose to Review, in order to avoid overwriting any Pop-up that is live, you must change or remove the pages you have configured:
If I already have a Pop-up configured for all pages and want to create a Pop-up for a specific page, which one will appear?
Whenever you have a Pop-up configured for specific pages, it will take precedence over whatever is configured for all pages.
The same rule applies for Pop-ups that are subsequently configured to be displayed on all pages. These will only be displayed for pages that do not have specific Pop-ups configured.
If I already have a Pop-up configured for all pages and create another one with the same setting, which will appear on my site?
The rule is the same for Pop-ups configured on specific pages: The most recent one to be published will always take precedence.
