The main problems that occur when importing Leads are due to file size. This may occur due to the following reasons:
1. The file contains too many columns
In the example above, the file contains an excessive number of columns, which may cause an error when importing. In this case, split the file into two or more parts, so that it contains fewer columns.
In addition, it is recommended to verify that all columns will be used. Remember that each column must be matched with a custom field in the system.
2 - The file contains too many empty rows
In the example above, the file was generated with an empty line between the content rows, thus doubling the file size.
In some cases the spreadsheet reader (Excel, LibreOffice, Google Sheets, etc.) may hide the lines and they can only be viewed using a text editor. To correct this problem, remove the blank rows using a pure text editor (Visual Studio, Gedit, Atom, etc.).
3 - The file contains too many rows
In the example above, the file contains too many rows. This results in a very large file, making it unavailable. To correct this problem, check if all rows in the file will be used, if they contain duplicate emails or if it is possible to split the file into two or more files.
