What is it?
My Journey is a guide to help you achieve your goals using RD Station Marketing. In addition, it also offers tips and support material for extra help.
How does it work?
My Journey will ask you what your goal is with RD Station Marketing:
Once you define your goal, My Journey will load a long-term journey made up of clear steps. These steps include projects (Success Plans) with step-by-step tasks to help you move forward in your journey. The tasks include support material that will help you perform the activities and enhance your professional development.
Whenever you start a new Success Plan in My Journey, you can assign an owner for each task and a deadline for its execution.
How can I change my goal?
To change your goal, access your account settings in Account > Overview > Account Details and change your Account Goal. You can count on your RD Station consultant to help you and discuss your change in goal. They will guide you throughout this process.
You will find a widget on the Dashboard to accompany you throughout your journey and display your task progress. You have two options to view it:
- In the My Journey option, you can track your My Journey success plans;
- In the Success Plans option, you can track all Success Plans you’ve created in RD Station Marketing, including those not part of My Journey.
