What is RD Shop?
With plug and play module integration, RD Shop sends a data layer to RD Station Marketing. Along with the lead information available in RD Station Marketing, you will have access to the data leads provide when registering on the website, such as email address, city, phone number, gender, and more.
In addition to this basic information, you can also find the e-commerce pages visited by the lead, items added to the cart, items purchased and the total purchase value.
How does RD Shop work?
In e-commerce, the lead only becomes a customer after payment is confirmed. Taking this into account, RD Shop has been built in such a way that leads will only be converted into customers when the status of their purchase changes to paid. While the purchase is still pending, whether because payment via boleto is still being processed or any other reason, the sale is recorded in RD Station Marketing, but their status will remain as lead.
