- When will I be charged for an upsell?
Upsell takes place when customers request a change of plan (from/to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise).
You can request this directly by contacting your success manager or our finance team using the email.
- How much will I pay for an upsell?
If you have paid for your plan in advance, you will only be charged the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan. This amount will be calculated proportionally until the end of your biannual or annual plan, according to our price table.
If you pay monthly, you will be charged the monthly fee of the new plan based on our price table.
- Can I pay the upsell in installments?
The upsell is charged as a single payment. You cannot pay it in installments via boleto. If the billing period is longer than one month, you can use a credit card to pay the amount in a number of installments equal to the number of months in the billing period. To do so, please submit a request to our finance team using our email.
Downsell
- When will I be charged for a downsell?
Downsell takes place when customers request a change of plan (from/to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise).
You can request this directly by contacting your success manager or our finance team using the email.
- Do I have to pay for a downsell?
We do not reverse payments that have already been made. So, if you have paid for your plan in advance, the downsell will only take effect during the next contract renewal.
However, if you make monthly payments, you will be charged the monthly fee of the new plan in your next bill, according to the pricing table in effect for the year in which subscription occurs.
- What are the consequences of downsell?
The downsell occurs when there is a change from a higher plan to a lower plan, for example: Pro Plan to Basic Plan. In this case, functions such as Lead Tracking, Lead Scoring, A / B Testing in Email and Landing Pages, and Unlimited Integrations will no longer be available.
- In case of downsell, what happens to my active integrations?
In order to keep your integrations active in the event of a change of plan, you need to hire an Add-on to keep it active. This Add-on must be requested to our Support team and has a cost of $ 50.00 monthly. However, integrations via API remain functional, once our API is open, not needing this type of addition.
