Start with a simple search and refine it as needed
For example, if you enter the word lead in our search box, the search results pages may show around 200 different articles. It is very unlikely that the answer you are looking for can be found in the first articles listed on the search results page, because lead is a very generic term.
Therefore, it is important to refine your search using more specific terms or keywords.
For example, if you want to know how to import leads into RD Station Marketing, refine your search using lead import. Even though you are still going to see a high number of articles, the search results page is going to display the articles containing the word import first.
Insert quotation marks around each term or keyword to reduce the number of suggested articles
Insert quotation marks (") around each keyword to see everything that contains the word enclosed in quotation marks. See the example below:
Don't worry about punctuation, capitalization or complete sentences
Focus specifically on your question. You don't have to start your question with question words, for example: how to use, how to set up, etc. Use straightforward keywords.
Use the categories and sections to get an overview of the Help Center
The RD Station Marketing and RD Station CRM Help Center is divided into 6 topic categories based on your journey. Each category contains different sections with answers to specific questions about the features of both tools. For example, you can access our Knowledge Base to explore each session and see all available articles.
