Payment by Credit Card
Charge on credit card statement
As RD Station Marketing is a pre-paid product, the recurring charge to your credit card occurs monthly, always the same day on which your first payment was made.
Changing the monthly due date
It's not possible to change your billing due date.
Payment confirmation
On the following business day after payment is made, all emails registered with financial profile will receive confirmation of payment, along with the Brazilian tax invoice.
Issuing invoice
- Go to My account > Account > Billing.
- Check your billing log. In this section you will find all payments made.
- Click the payment for which you want to issue the invoice. You will be directed to the payment details.
- To issue the invoice, right click, then Print.
Paying in installments
Each bill can only be paid with one credit card, therefore you cannot use two or more credit cards to pay for a bill in installments.
Error when charging payment by card
When any problem or error occurs with card payments, please contact the issuing bank or financial institution, as this may be due to one of many reasons and only the responsible financial institution can verify the cause. Examples of payment problems:
- The method of payment has insufficient funds.
- This method of payment has expired or is no longer valid.
- Your financial institution didn't approve the monthly charge.
Payment via invoice billing
Making the monthly payment
3 days prior to the due date of the monthly fee, users registered with the Financial profile will receive the payment link. After clicking this link, select the method of payment and issue the document to carry out payment.
You can also access the payment link directly from your RD Station Marketing account. To do this, go to My account > Account > Billing and obtain the payment link in your billing log.
Sending the invoice to another user
Access My account > Account > Settings and invite a new user. Add the email of the user you wish to receive the invoice, granting them Financial profile access.
Payment confirmation
On the next business day after payment is made, all emails registered as Financial profile users will receive confirmation of payment, along with the Brazilian tax invoice.
Issuing invoice
- Go to My account > Account > Billing.
- Check your billing log. In this section you will find all payments made.

Different amount to the subscription value
The amount charged for your plan may change due to:
- Increase in your contact base (Upgrade): when the contact base exceeds the contracted volume, the plan is automatically updated and subsequent charges are generated under the new conditions, as described in the Upgrade and Downgrade item.
- Annual price list update: the annual price list update occurs in March and applies to all active Light and Basic plan customers.
