Type of Integration
Input: this integration sends data to RD Station Marketing.
Requirements and observations
- Have a VTEX account.
- Be a customer of any RD Station Marketing plan.
What does this integration do?
This integration will send data to your RD Station Marketing account. The data that will be sent needs to be registered in the Integration triggers area - the steps for this configuration will be listed in the topic Step-by-step guide to perform the integration.
This integration allows you to send the following VTEX events as triggers:
- Payment Pending.
- Order created.
- Payment Approved.
- Canceled.
You will be able to register the following events in RD Station Marketing:
- Conversion.
- Mark as opportunity.
- Mark as opportunity lost.
- Order Placed.
- Mark sale.
This means that you must link the VTEX triggers with their respective actions within RD Station Marketing.

The details of each action within RD Station Marketing are listed below:
Conversion
This action records a conversion for the lead with the following names:
- canceled.
- order-created.
- payment-approved.
- payment-pending.
In this event, you will have the following default fields which cannot be customized:
- Name.
- Email.
- Phone.
- City.
- Country.
- State.
This event creates leads and will only be received when the trigger is activated. Therefore, it is not possible to automatically move at each payment stage.
Mark as opportunity
This action marks a lead as an opportunity.
This action does not create leads.
Mark as opportunity lost
This action does not create leads.
Order Placed
This action sends a conversion event to RD Station Marketing named ORDER_PLACED.
This action creates leads.
Mark sale
This action records a sale in the profile of the lead, along with the amount.
Step-by-step guide to perform the integration
1. Starting the Integration
While logged in to your RD Station Marketing account, go to the VTEX integration page in our App Store and click the option Add Integration:
2. Copy and paste the token on the integration page
You will need to enter the VTEX tokens to proceed with the integration. To obtain the token, access this link - to access the token, you must be connected to VTEX. Upon accessing the page, you will see two tokens. Both will be required for this integration.
Enter the tokens in the locations below. The Account Name field must be filled in with the name of your site, found in your navigation bar:
After entering the data, click Connect, next to VTEX.
Connect with RD Station Marketing
- Click Connect, next to RD Station Marketing:
- Select the RD Station Marketing account to which you want the integration to be linked.
- Click Continue and continue the flow to the end.
Set up your integration
In the integration between RD Station Marketing and VTEX, you are able to customize what will be sent. It is important that you adjust this step, because without the registered triggers, the integration will not send data.
- On the integration home page, click Add rule.
- Select what each action within VTEX should do in your RD Station Marketing account.

Final adjustments in VTEX
First configuration
Enter Order management and select the option Soft in Mask type, following the steps below:
- In the module Order management, click Settings.
- In the General tab, click Conversion mask type.
- Select Soft.
Done! Your integration is complete and active.
