It is not possible to change a user email in RD Station Marketing, since this is the primary access to our tool.
However, to sign in with a different email than the current one, you can do so by inviting the new email address as an account user.
To do this, an account user with Owner or Manager profile must invite the new email address in order to access the account using it.
If you have one of these profiles, you can perform this step with your own user. This means that you can access RD Station Marketing with the current email address and invite the new email address as a user.

Once this new user email signs into the tool, the old user's access can be removed as shown below:
This process must be done in all accounts to which the user has access.
