Lead Tracking allows you to track the most important pages of your site and interact with your leads in a personalized way. You can find out, for example, when your leads visit your pages, which pages they are accessing, and what they are interested in, from their first visit on.
How does Lead Tracking work?
With the tracking code installed on the pages of your website, you can keep track of actions carried out by leads, even before their conversion. For more information, see the article How does Lead Tracking work?
How to use Lead Tracking
- Lead Scoring: With Lead Tracking, you can discover your leads' online behavior. You can, for example, observe when a lead visits your pricing page and use that information in Lead Scoring as a trigger to forward them to your sales team.
- Segmentation: You can segment your lead base according to the different visits your leads carry out on your site. Segmentations are commonly used to send email campaigns and also as an entry trigger for automated workflows.
- Marketing Automation: A series of automated workflows can be generated based on the different purposes of your leads' visits.
