The Dashboard is an RD Station Marketing feature whose purpose is to display metrics, indicators and reports that allow you to visualize a simple and brief summary of the performance of your Digital Marketing strategies.
It is synchronized once per day, starting at 00:30 in the time zone of the account, and can take up to 2 hours (Brazil accounts).
All data shown relates to the lead generation and conversion performance of your sales funnel. On the Dashboard, you can find the following widgets (tools/resources):
Displays the performance of your sales funnel for the current month in comparison to the previous month and to the target.
In the top right corner of the Dashboard, you'll find 3 small icons: the Targets setup, the Sales Funnel setup and Help, in this order.
In the Targets setup, you can set your target numbers for unique visitors, lead generation, lead qualification, opportunities and sales.
In the Sales Funnel setup, you can define which funnel stages should be displayed.
The Help icon shows more information about the Dashboard.
It is important to note that the data displayed in each metric reflect the cumulative values that were generated in your account in the month and not the current number. In other words, you can generate 50 Leads and/or Opportunities in your account during the month, and even if the number of Leads and/or Opportunities in your account later drops to 10, the number shown on the Dashboard will still be 50.
This is because the Dashboard evaluates the impact that actions had during the month on your RD Station Marketing account and the performance achieved with your strategy, so these numbers cannot be reversed.
The only field that can be reversed is the Sales field. If a sale is unchecked in your account, the next day it will be removed from the Sales metric on the Dashboard.
Most recent Lead conversions
Displays the most recent conversions of leads in your Base. Conversions may be new or existing leads, which are displayed chronologically.
Most recent Landing Page
Displays information on visits, conversion rates and leads generated from your most recently published Landing Page.
The number of visitors is retrieved from Google Analytics, while the number of leads is obtained directly from RD Station Marketing.
Since the update interval for these two pieces of information is different, it is important to check the time of the last update (which is available in the widget) in order to analyze your results in more detail.
Most recent Email Campaign
Displays the main metrics of your most recent email campaign and its respective conversion rates, showing the performance of this campaign in a straightforward manner.
The RD Station Marketing Dashboard gives a snapshot view of reports and analyses that are detailed further in other sections of the platform.
Therefore, be sure to track the performance of all your emails, landing pages and reports in order to better understand the status of your strategies and how to optimize them using RD Station Marketing.
Most accessed pages this month
The Most accessed pages widget displayed on the Dashboard is a shortened version of the Most accessed pages report, which can be found in the Analyze menu of RD Station Marketing.
It shows the five most accessed pages during the selected month, along with the performance indicator, in comparison with the same period of the previous month.
For example: On August 28th, the comparison will be made with indicators from July, until the 28th of that month.
