When using standard fields, be they landline and/or mobile phone fields, or when creating a custom phone number field, you can enable the input mask in the Landing Pages and Pop-ups features.
This way, your leads select their International Subscriber Dialling (ISD) code at the time of conversion. As a result, you ensure that the data is entered correctly, thereby increasing the quality of your phone contacts.
Enable input mask on Landing Pages
- In RD Station Marketing, click Convert > Landing Pages.
- On the next screen, click the option Create Landing Page and choose a template.
- After choosing the template, click Edit fields on the form.
- In the field options, select Phone and/or Mobile.
- Click the edit button of the Phone and/or Mobile field(s) and enable the Input mask option.
- When you finish editing the form, click Apply:
- Select the Preview option to see how the Phone field with Input mask will be displayed on your Landing Page. See the example below:
Enable input mask on Pop-ups
- In RD Station Marketing, click Convert > Pop-ups.
- On the next screen, click the option Create Pop-up and choose a template.
- After choosing the template, click Edit fields on the form.
- In field options, select Phone and/or Mobile.
- Click the edit button of the Phone and/or Mobile field(s) and enable the Input mask option.
- When you finish editing the form, click Apply:
- When you publish your pop-up, the Phone with Input mask field will be displayed as shown in the example below:
